My husband and I recently moved to Maryland and wanted to replace our hot tub. Not knowing where to start we visited a spa show at the fairgrounds in Annapolis we decided on a Master Spas Clarity hot tub. We could not be happier.
The salesman was fantastic and with the exception of one little problem with the spa cover color being grey instead of brown everything went great and the lady at the store handled the cover issue the very next day. So, thank you for the prompt response in resolving this. We highly recommend this company to all our friends and family.

As a first time pool owner, I was very overwhelmed with what needed to be done. I called Swimming Pools Inc to come out and help me get the pool opened and explain what needed to be done to maintain. I have had the best service with this company.
Every time I have had to go in for water tests, the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Whenever I had an issue with anything they were quick to help. Just recently had them close the pool for the winter and again quick, informative and professional.Top Notch Customer Service.
